Before making a purchase, carefully review the product criteria and delivery charges. Only proceed with the purchase if you are satisfied; otherwise, refrain from buying.

Please note that certain products, labeled as “No longer needed,” are not eligible for return.

Fertilizers and pesticides cannot be returned if they were correct at the time of delivery.

For issues with Seeds or Hybrid Seeds occurring after usage or beyond the return window, we will direct you to the brand warranty center, if applicable.

Please be aware that items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned. Refer to the complete list of non-returnable items for more details.

This return policy does not apply to overseas products.

Valid reasons for returning an item include:

• The delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (dead on arrival).
• The delivered product is incorrect (presentation different from the website) or incomplete (missing parts).
